What size carrier do I need for my dog?
Getting the perfect fit is the key to a safe and comfortable adventure. We recommend measuring your dog's chest girth for the most accurate sizing.

  • How to Measure:

    • Chest Girth: Measure around the widest part of your dog's chest, just behind their front legs.

  • Sizing Chart:

    • Small: Chest 30 cm | Approx. Weight: 1.5 - 2.5 kg (e.g., Chihuahua, Teacup Yorkie)

    • Medium: Chest 30 - 40 cm | Approx. Weight: 2.5 - 4.0 kg (e.g., Maltese, Pomeranian)

    • Large: Chest 40 - 50 cm | Approx. Weight: 4.0 - 7.0 kg (e.g., Mini Dachshund, Small French Bulldog)

    • X-Large: Chest 50 - 60 cm | Approx. Weight: 7.0 - 9.5 kg (e.g., Corgi, Standard French Bulldog)

How do I clean the Pawform Voyager?
We designed the Voyager for effortless care. For best results, we recommend hand washing in cool water with a mild detergent and then hanging it to air-dry. This will keep your carrier clean and ready for your next outing. Please do not machine wash or tumble dry.

Is the Pawform Voyager safe?
Yes. Your pet's safety is our number one priority. The Voyager features an interior safety clip that attaches directly to your dog’s collar or harness to prevent them from jumping out. We also use durable, adventure-ready fabrics and reinforced stitching on all load-bearing straps to ensure a secure and reliable experience.

Where do you ship to?
We currently offer shipping to the United Kingdom and the United States.

How much does shipping cost?
We are pleased to offer complimentary, fully-tracked shipping on all orders to the UK and the US.

How long will my order take to arrive?
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Our estimated delivery time is 7-10 business days from the date of dispatch.

What is your return policy?
We call it our 30-Day Shared Adventure Guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with the freedom and joy your Voyager brings within 30 days of receiving your order, you may return it for a full refund. To be eligible, the product must be in a clean, "like-new" condition. Please note, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Is the Pawform Voyager durable?
Absolutely. We built the Voyager to be a lasting piece of gear, not a disposable accessory. It's crafted from a durable, water-resistant nylon blend and strong, breathable mesh designed to handle the elements and the rigors of regular adventures.
